My name is Eileen M. and I have been a member of Bodies in Motion:
Pasadena since May 2006. In this short time Keith Marshall has been my personal
trainer. I am writing this letter to personally commend Mr. Marshall as
an outstanding
employee at Bodies in Motion. I met with Mr. Marshall for a free personal
training
session and in that time he explained possible goals for me, exercise techniques,
and gave
me nutritional suggestions. His positive influence and motivation convinced
me that with
his help, I would be able to obtain results in a short amount of time. I
decided to
personally train with him for three months, twice a week.
As a person that has never taken physical fitness seriously, Mr. Marshall
has been
able to encourage and support my goal of integrating fitness and exercise
into my life.
He has truly taken the time to personalize my workouts in order to enhance
my strengths
and challenge my weaknesses. He integrates different and creative exercises
that promote
core strengthening, weight training, concentration, and balance, that although
seem
challenging are achievable with his guidance.
Keith Marshall is truly a personal trainer that produces results in a short
amount
of time. I have been able to lose 6% body fat in just two months. I am convinced
that I
would have never had such dramatic results like this without this training.
Because of the
results that I have seen in such a short amount of time, I truly believe
Mr. Marshall to be
an expert in his field, which allows me to completely trust any advice,
or suggestions he
gives. He is dependable and has an upbeat, friendly, and positive personality.

and I would
recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their health and establish a
challenging
workout routine.
