addition to high levels of physical fitness, sport activities require
specific kinds and levels of motor abilities such as agility, balance,
coordination, power and speed related to the sport as well as the
particular skills of the sport.
Sports performance goals will be enhanced by us identifying specific
conditions to achieve and maintain high levels of aerobic and anaerobic
energy; muscular strength, endurance, power; speed; agility; coordination;
balance; and sport skills.
A program will be tailored for the individual to achieve maximum fitness
goals related to sport, thus improving performance at highest level
