Resistance Training

Adequate levels of muscular strength and endurance are typically achieved through systematic programs of weight training.
We design such programs for various athletic purposes, for rehabilitation and for general muscular conditioning.

Muscular strength: the force that a muscle group can apply against a given resistance.
Muscular endurance: the ability of a muscle group to sustain repeated contractions of a given force for an extended length of time. (Athletics such as football, track,
basketball ect.)


We design programs that will help and improve speed, strength, and endurance.
