Core Training Posture

Posture is considered a static function rather than being related to movement. However, posture should be considered in the context of the position the body assumes in preparation for the next movement. Gravity has a profound effect on posture, which is controlled by the Core Musculature.

A New U will provide core analysis to determine if client has balanced musculature and or any of several common postural deviations.

Muscle imbalance is a condition in which there is a lack of balance between certain types of muscles, causing some muscles to develop tightness and other to develop weakness. This imbalanced relationship can cause faulty movement patterns that predispose clients to decreased exercise performance and potential injury.
